Summary

This pilot study tested whether adding acupuncture at a specific point (GB34) to standard medical treatment could help people with mild gallbladder inflammation. Thirty hospitalized patients received either standard care alone or with acupuncture. The goal was to see if acupuncture reduced pain and the need for painkillers.
