Summary

This study looks at how doctors at Strasbourg University Hospital treat severe stomach or intestinal bleeding in patients who take blood thinners (DOACs). Researchers will review the records of 250 adults to see how often a clotting medicine called prothrombin complex concentrate is used within the first 48 hours. The goal is to better understand current practices and improve future care.
