NCT ID NCT07730138
First seen Jul 28, 2026 · Last updated Jul 29, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether an experimental drug called DWP14012 (fexuprazan) can heal stomach ulcers as well as or better than the standard treatment lansoprazole. About 384 adults with at least one active gastric ulcer will receive either DWP14012 or lansoprazole daily for up to 8 weeks. Doctors will use an endoscope to check whether the ulcers have healed.
