Head-to-Head trial aims to find best chemo to stop stomach Cancer's return

Summary
This study is comparing two different chemotherapy combinations given after surgery for stage III stomach cancer. It aims to see if one treatment is as good as or better than the other at keeping the cancer from coming back. About 387 patients who have had their tumor surgically removed will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two drug regimens and followed for several years.
