First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a special radiation tile (GammaTile) during brain tumor removal surgery, along with standard chemotherapy and radiation, is safe and feasible for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. About 61 adults will receive the tile at surgery, then continue standard treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can delay tumor regrowth without delaying standard care.
