Summary

This study tests whether a health education program that uses game-like features (points, challenges) can improve diet, increase physical activity, and reduce sitting time in 500 primary school children. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure changes in body composition, activity levels, and eating habits. The goal is to see if making health lessons fun can lead to healthier behaviors in kids.
