Summary

This study looks at whether a health education program that uses game-like strategies can improve what kids eat, how much they move, and how much time they spend sitting. About 500 primary school children will take part, and their activity, diet, and body measurements will be tracked for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if making health lessons fun can lead to healthier habits.
