Summary
This study tested whether a digital, game-like education program could better prepare first-time pregnant women for breastfeeding compared to standard hospital education. Sixty women in their last trimester were randomly assigned to either use the special app or receive the usual care. Researchers measured changes in the women's confidence and attitudes about breastfeeding after the program.
