NCT ID NCT07360561
Summary
This study aims to see if using mobile apps with game-like features (like points and badges) can help people become more physically active and improve heart health markers. It involves 105 university students and staff who will use step-counting and workout apps for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and activity levels to see if these fun, app-based methods work better than usual advice.
