Summary

This study tested whether teaching sleep habits through an interactive game could help menopausal women. Researchers wanted to see if this fun, digital approach was better than traditional advice for improving sleep quality, reducing menopause symptoms, and boosting overall well-being. The study involved 82 women in Turkey who were experiencing poor sleep during menopause.
