New GaitBetter system aims to get stroke survivors back on their feet

Summary
This study tests a system called GaitBetter that combines walking and thinking exercises to help people who have had a stroke walk better and avoid falls. About 76 adults aged 18 to 85 who had a stroke (either within the last 8 weeks or more than 6 months ago) and still have trouble walking will take part. The goal is to see if the system is easy to use and improves walking speed, balance, and thinking skills.
