First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests a system called GaitBetter that combines walking practice with thinking exercises to help stroke survivors improve their walking and balance. About 76 adults who had a stroke (either within 8 weeks or more than 6 months ago) will use the system. The goal is to see if it helps them walk faster, think clearer, and lower their risk of falling.
