New drug duo offers hope for bladder cancer patients who can't take chemo

Summary
This study tests whether combining futibatinib (a targeted therapy) with durvalumab (an immunotherapy) before bladder removal surgery can help people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot receive standard cisplatin chemotherapy. About 24 participants will receive the drug combination before surgery. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely after treatment.
