Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called futibatinib to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can better control advanced esophageal or pancreatic cancer. It is for adults who have not yet received treatment for their advanced disease. The main goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and is safe for patients.
