First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a higher dose of furmonertinib alone works better than a standard dose combined with chemotherapy for people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated) that has spread to the brain. About 60 adults who have not had prior treatment will be enrolled. The goal is to see which approach delays cancer growth and is safer.
