Summary

This study looks at how fungi found in homes and the environment affect people with asthma, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA), and bronchiectasis. Researchers will collect sputum, dust, and air samples from 125 adults aged 18-80 to measure fungal exposure and lung function. No new treatments are tested; the goal is to understand how fungi impact disease control and flare-ups over 6 months.
