Summary
This phase 2 trial tests two drugs, fulzerasib and cetuximab N01, given before surgery to people with a specific genetic subtype (KRAS G12C mutation) of locally advanced colorectal cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors and improve surgical outcomes without using chemotherapy. Forty participants will receive the drug combination for two months, then surgery if the tumor responds.
