Summary

This early-phase study tested a new treatment called FT576, given alone or with another drug (daratumumab), in 31 people whose multiple myeloma had returned or stopped responding to prior therapies. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combination can help control the cancer. Participants had already tried at least three other treatments.
