Summary
This study aims to find the best ways to measure disease progression in people with advanced Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) who use wheelchairs. It will test various physical tasks and questionnaires on 30 participants over two years. The goal is to create reliable tools for future clinical trials testing potential treatments for this severe stage of the disease.
