Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called AOC 1020 for people with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), a genetic condition that causes progressive muscle weakness. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo via IV infusion every six weeks for 78 weeks to see if it improves muscle strength and function. The goal is to control the disease by targeting its underlying genetic cause.
