Summary

This study follows 34 adults with FSHD, a muscle disease that can weaken breathing, for one year. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure diaphragm movement and thickness, comparing it to standard breathing tests. The goal is to see if ultrasound can detect changes in respiratory function more accurately over time.
