First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug fruquintinib to standard chemotherapy works better than chemotherapy alone for people with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that is mismatch repair-proficient (pMMR). About 128 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or standard chemo. The goal is to see if the combo shrinks tumors more effectively and delays cancer growth.
