New hope for advanced endometrial cancer: targeted drug combo shows promise

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug fruquintinib to standard chemotherapy works better than chemotherapy alone for people with advanced pMMR endometrial cancer. About 128 participants will receive either the combination or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors more effectively and delays cancer growth.
