Summary

This study tests whether giving fruit and vegetable vouchers to families with food insecurity can help children with fatty liver disease (MASLD). About 48 kids aged 6 to 17 will receive vouchers for 6 months, and researchers will track changes in their diet, liver inflammation, and overall health. The goal is to see if better access to healthy food can improve liver outcomes.
