First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested two physical therapy techniques—Spencer technique and Gong mobilization—in 36 diabetic patients with frozen shoulder. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain, improves range of motion, and eases daily disability. Participants were in stage II of frozen shoulder and had high blood sugar levels. The results help guide which hands-on approach may work best for this group.
