Could nerve stretching unlock frozen shoulders?
NCT ID NCT07323225
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding nerve mobilization exercises to standard shoulder stretching can help people with frozen shoulder move better. About 50 adults aged 40-70 with moderate frozen shoulder will be split into two groups: one gets nerve work plus stretching, the other gets stretching alone. Researchers will measure pain and range of motion before and after treatment to see if the combo approach offers extra benefit.
