Frozen shoulder breakthrough? new combo therapy aims to restore movement
NCT ID NCT07323225
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding nerve-stretching exercises to standard capsule-stretching exercises can improve shoulder movement in people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 50 adults aged 40–70 with moderate-to-severe frozen shoulder will be split into two groups: one gets both nerve and capsule stretching, the other gets capsule stretching alone. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better range of motion and less pain.
