First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different physical therapy methods—Gong's mobilization and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—to help women aged 40-60 with frozen shoulder. The goal is to see which technique better reduces pain, improves movement, and eases daily disability. Over 4 weeks, 44 participants will receive one of the treatments plus standard care, with results checked at 2 and 4 weeks.
