Summary
This study aims to find out which nerve block injection works better for people with frozen shoulder: a shoulder anterior capsular block (SHAC) or a suprascapular nerve block. Fifty adults with frozen shoulder will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two injections. Researchers will measure pain levels, shoulder function, and range of motion to see which treatment provides more relief.
