Summary
This study is creating a national database to track 5,000 patients in France diagnosed with infective endocarditis, a serious infection of the heart's inner lining or valves. Researchers will collect detailed medical information to understand how the disease develops, what treatments work best, and what factors affect patient recovery. The goal is to gather real-world knowledge to improve future care, not to test a new treatment.
