Summary

This study is for people with multiple myeloma who have been on maintenance therapy for at least two years after a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if patients whose cancer is undetectable (MRD-negative) can safely stop taking their daily medication without the cancer coming back. The goal is to reduce treatment burden while keeping patients healthy.
