Summary
This study tests a program called Free Time for Wellness (FT4W) designed to help low-income mothers in New York City become more physically active. About 630 mothers with young children will take part. The program addresses common barriers like lack of time and resources. Researchers will measure activity levels using wrist-worn trackers.
