Summary
This study is testing a short questionnaire that family doctors can use to spot early signs of frailty in independent seniors over 65. Researchers want to see if this quick office test works as well as a much longer, specialized geriatric evaluation. The goal is to help doctors identify aging patients who might need extra support before they start having serious problems.
