NCT ID NCT05780684

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a new way of giving chemotherapy to people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers, like colorectal or stomach cancer. The approach adjusts the dose of one chemo drug (5-FU) based on how well each patient tolerates the initial dose, aiming to give a stronger, more effective dose to those who can handle it. About 36 participants will receive this personalized regimen to see if it's feasible and improves treatment response.
