Summary
This study tests whether adding olanzapine to two standard anti-nausea drugs works better than the usual treatment for preventing delayed nausea and vomiting after high-dose chemotherapy. The trial involves 92 multiple myeloma patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. Researchers will compare how many patients have no vomiting and need no rescue medication in the days after chemo.
