Foot reflexology may soothe chemo nausea in breast cancer patients

NCT ID NCT07322393

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether foot reflexology, a gentle foot massage technique, can help reduce nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Fifty women receiving chemotherapy will be split into two groups: one gets standard care plus foot reflexology, the other gets standard care alone. Researchers will measure symptom severity using a validated scale to see if the foot massage makes a real difference.
