Summary
This study aimed to understand if a specific foot condition called intermetatarsal bursitis causes pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers used MRI and ultrasound scans to look for this condition in a small group of participants with foot pain. The study was terminated early and was designed to gather information, not to test a treatment.
