Brain-Training app aims to curb cravings for people with eating disorders
NCT ID NCT07075952
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called FoodTraining, which is designed to help people with obesity, binge-eating disorder, or bulimia nervosa strengthen their self-control around food. Over 4 weeks, participants will use the app alongside their standard treatment. Researchers will compare this combined approach to standard treatment alone to see if the app helps reduce emotional and uncontrolled eating.
