New functional drink aims to ease constipation in Parkinson's patients

Summary
This study tests a new drink made with chicory fiber (inulin) and key vitamins to see if it can improve constipation, gut health, and quality of life in people with Parkinson's disease. About 56 adults with Parkinson's will drink it daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a simple dietary way to manage a common and bothersome symptom.
