Summary
This study tests whether providing fruit and vegetable vouchers to families facing food insecurity can help improve fatty liver disease in children. Researchers will give vouchers to 48 California families with children who have the condition and track their food purchases, diet changes, and liver health over six months. The goal is to see if easier access to healthy foods can be a practical part of treatment.
