NCT ID NCT06648226

First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether showing health or climate labels (or both) and suggesting healthier or more eco-friendly food swaps in an online grocery store helps people make better choices. Over 1,200 adults in the U.S. shopped in a simulated online store, and researchers measured the healthfulness and carbon footprint of their selections. The goal was to see if simple digital nudges can improve both personal health and environmental impact.
