Cholesterol showdown: which supplement works better?
NCT ID NCT07295327
Summary
This study aims to see which of two food supplements, Cynacol or Metacol, is better at lowering 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) over 90 days. It will involve 40 adults with mildly high cholesterol who are not on other cholesterol medications. Researchers will compare changes in cholesterol levels and track any side effects to see which supplement is more effective and tolerable.
