Summary

This study tested if giving people with type 2 diabetes a small weekly grocery allowance, on top of healthy eating advice, helps them control their blood sugar better. It focused on nearly 600 adults who struggle to afford healthy food. The goal was to see if this financial support makes it easier to follow a healthy diet and improves diabetes management.
