Summary

This study looks at whether giving fruit and vegetable vouchers to families with food insecurity can improve liver health in children with MASLD (fatty liver disease). About 48 children aged 6 to 17 with high BMI and elevated liver enzymes will receive vouchers for 6 months. Researchers will track how often vouchers are used and measure changes in diet, liver inflammation, and other health factors.
