First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looked at 105 adults who have both obesity and trouble affording enough food. Everyone got standard weight-loss counseling, but some also got food vouchers or free home-delivered groceries that fit a healthy diet. The goal was to see if adding food help leads to more weight loss over 24 weeks.
