Summary
This study is testing whether combining healthy food support and fitness guidance with new diabetes medications helps women stick with their treatment and improves heart health. Researchers will follow 200 post-menopausal women with type 2 diabetes and heart health risks for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if this combined approach reduces how often women stop taking their prescribed diabetes medication.
