Can free food and a glucose tracker tame diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07148713
Summary
This study is testing if a program that provides healthy food vouchers works better when paired with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and nutrition counseling. It will involve 60 adults with type 2 diabetes who also struggle to afford or access healthy food. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps people better manage their blood sugar levels and improve their diet compared to just receiving the food vouchers alone.
