Food as medicine: can grocery boxes save Veterans' kidneys?

Summary
This study is testing if providing free, healthy food boxes can help Veterans with moderate to advanced kidney disease. It aims to see if better access to nutritious food improves kidney function, blood pressure, and quality of life. The study will also ask Veterans about their experiences with the program to understand what works and what doesn't.
