Summary
This study tests a program called Food-Body-Mind in 800 preschoolers from low-income families. The program combines mindfulness, yoga, and healthy eating lessons at school with parenting support at home. Researchers want to see if it reduces emotional and behavioral problems and prevents childhood obesity.
