First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving adults with obesity and food insecurity access to healthy groceries or grocery vouchers, along with behavioral weight loss coaching, leads to more weight loss than coaching alone. About 300 adults will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for 24 weeks. The goal is to find practical ways to help people manage their weight when they also struggle to afford enough food.
