Summary

This study tests whether a 24-week food and fitness program helps 200 post-menopausal women with type 2 diabetes and heart-kidney problems stick to their new GLP-1 medication. The program includes exercise sessions, nutrition counseling, and home food deliveries. Researchers will track how many women stay on the drug and measure changes in heart disease risk.
