Summary
This study aims to measure how common certain food allergies are in people visiting an allergy clinic in France. Researchers will test 2000 patients for reactions to six foods (like peach, apple, and sesame) that contain proteins linked to severe allergies. The goal is to better understand these allergies and their connection to cypress pollen to improve future care.
